What is a Virtual Assistant?
Partnering with a VA is probably one of the best decisions a business can make.

A Virtual Assistant is someone who is an independent business owner, assists you with
various administrative tasks, someone you can rely on, and offer their expertise.

Why would I use a Virtual Assistant?
You get the support you need with administrative task, and the benefits of partnering
with a VA who cares about the success of your business. You also don’t have to worry
about the hassles associated with hiring an employee: payroll taxes, vacation, sick-time,
training, etc.

Who Uses a Virtual Assistant?
ANYONE! Small Business Owners, Sole-Proprietors, Entrepreneurs, Business Consultants,
Life & Business Coaches, Motivational Speakers, College Students, Event Planners,
Contractors, Non Profit Organizations, Producers, Restaurants, Churches, Real Estate
Agents, Teachers, Doctors, and Many More!

How are projects communicated with my Virtual Assistant?
By fax, telephone, email, downloading, mail, courier or personal delivery (if local).

Is My Business Information confidential?
Most certainly! We will agree to sign a nondisclosure agreement for our clients, and we
will never sell, and share any of your information.

How much work do I have to have before I can use your services?
No minimum amount work is required. No assignment is too small. You can use us for a
one-time project or use us on a regular basis. That is one of the benefits of working with
us, your needs are what matter to us most.

Being that you are Virtual will I be able to meet you in person?
Certainly! I like to meet all my clients face to face and talk to them about their business
and their expectations. I feel that I can better assist you once I know a little more about
you and you more about me. I take my clients partnering with me very seriously, and a
good working relationship is very important to me.

What A Virtual Assistant IS NOT:

A Virtual Assistant IS NOT a business coach, business manager, decision maker of your
business, expert in every area that you may require assistance in, responsible for
establishing business goals and strategies for your business, and they
are not your
employee. They are your partners in business!
